   While I wouldn't dream of running one without an iptables rule to keep
bandwidth down, is 443 blocked?  If not, then dynDNS would allow you to run
an https server, if not an http server.
   Although, now that I think about it, I'm certain that Resnet is on an
IANA nonroutable subnet, in which case you couldn't get off campus unless
you had someone on the outside forwarding ports to you through an ssh
tunnel.
   So you could probably just not worry about the iptables part.  ; )
