Hi Linh:
Under Device Drivers -> Block Devices, it appears that the SX8 series of
controllers from Promise are supported. Under Device Drivers -> SCSI
device support -> SCSI low-level drivers, there's additional support for the
3ware 9xxx and a flock of other SATA drivers which may or may not be RAID
capable.
I don't have any experience with SATA, so I can't make specific recommendations
beyond that, but that's at least what was available in kernel 2.6.12.5.
