[SlugLUG] Debian mirror

I just recreated the debian mirror. It's syncing as we speak.

http://sluglug.ucsc.edu/debian/

I've cut down the architectures we're mirroring. For now we're only going to
mirror i386, powerpc, sparc and amd-64.  That should cover 99% of the
population. The rest can go to other mirrors :-).

It will take a while to finish up the sync. I'll try to enable a couple of the
other mirrors later if I get a chance.
