[SlugLUG] Debian mirror

[Rohan Sheth]

There is an ample amount of space on the server and as the bandwidth is
provided by the school...we try to go easy on it ;)  Let's see what
others have to say, but a gentoo mirror might be fun.  I run gentoo
myself on this here laptop.
