Just as a follow-up to my other posting in this thread, it's really _nice_
to know that Security Team updates will be automatically fetched without
your having to think about it, but that hardly the only reasonable means
of ensuring that you're staying current.  

Nobody yet has died of exhaustion from pasting a half-dozen filenames 
per month (from DSAs) into wget and dpkg invocations -- and the
"pinning" technique I described reliably averts the need even for that.
