Quoting cerise at armory.com (cerise at armory.com):

Which is pretty much what I was referring to. Obviously.

I mean exactly what I said: The implied conclusion simply didn't follow.

> False. icc's an obvious one. So are several games-*/* entries.

Do I need to use smaller words?

http://gentoo-wiki.com/HOWTO_ICC_and_Portage refers to how you emerge
the ebuild, and then comments:

After this you need to manually download the ICC file. This is nearly
a 200mb file (dialup users take note), and can be accomplished like this

  cd /usr/portage/distfiles
  wget --passive ftp://download.intel.com/software/products/compilers/downloads/eval/preview/l_cc_p_9.0.021.tar.gz

As with all other Portage packages, all you need to do is emerge it

  emerge -av icc

You also need to get a license, though. Just follow the instructions in
the ebuild and go to Intel(R)'s website, and apply for a license. After
you get emailed one, copy it to /opt/intel/compiler90/licenses/.

Thats it, icc is now installed :).

If you believe that "games" ebuilds _include_ (as opposed to being
wrappers for the installation of) non-redistributable proprietary code,
please cite specific examples, so the copyright owners can be notified
and commence litigation. (I'll make it easy on you: It can be any
ebuild that is publicly distributed, regardless of "official" nature of
any kind.)
