Which is NOT what non-sequitur means. A non-sequitur statement is one
which has no relation to the previous statement. My statement was related
to yours, therefore it was not a non-sequitur statement.

No, but apparently I do. In as much as Gentoo distributes any non-distro
related software (namely, by scripts, not by packages saving install CDs),
Gentoo offers the ability to install commercial software without hoops. The
ebuilds are right there. One need only put things in the appropriate places
and off it goes.
In other words, in order to install commercial software, you need only to
obtain the installation media and run the appropriate emerge command.
Come to think of it, there were the short-lived UT2003 Live CDs, too. But
those haven't been around for quite some time now.
In any event, no more replies on this topic, Rick. My rule in dealing with
you remains.
