You have to read between the lines. This means Osama watches Disney dvds
(Aladdin?), which he bought in a bazaar in some savage country.
Though as far as I know he probably uses a Korean region-free DVD player
connected to some wide screen projection TV.
Linux is used by many other countries, not because of it's dvd-playing
capabilities.
Also, didn't I read somewhere that the problem with finding people
(organizations) like him is that they don't use "normal" modern methods. So
when all agents were trained to deal with the mass (mess?) that is/was the
USSR, they were fighting a set infrastructure. Now, the "evildoers" actually
talk face to face, send paper notes and use off the shelf random stuff.
BTW, to borrow an already abused saying:
"Never underestimate the hidden bandwidth of a camel carrying a bunch of ipods
through the desert."
or
"... the download capacity of a bazaar selling stolen USB flash drives".
