Add the below to your sources.list.

# Penguin Liberation Front packages not available elsewhere
deb ftp://ftp.free.fr/pub/Distributions_Linux/plf/ubuntu/plf/ breezy 
free non-free

Now install "libdvdcss2" and "w32codecs". Now all you need is to have a 
dvd player and to have Xine installed.
