[SlugLUG] What am I missing out on?

Some of my favorites:

gqview (awesome image viewing software)
wget (recursive downloader)
Dynamic DNS Client (from dyndns.org, I can access my machine with it's
dynamic IP from a domain name, the client updates the DNS every time I
get a new IP)
SVN (manage my own code in a CVS style repository)
