That's quite broken.  You should have complained to the help desk or
some other suitable proxy about this.

I had a look at the DHCP config files and found the smoking gun there.
The problem is that some of the wireless subnets were expanded from /24
to /23, but the subnet mask and broadcast options weren't updated to
reflect the change.  I've fixed that and pushed out the changes.
