Dvorak! :-)
Because the keyboard is re-programmable, I actually have some
idiosyncratic extensions to the Dvorak layout:
original key => my key
- ----------------------
capslock => tab
tab => grave/tilde
grave/tilde => capslock
This makes better use of frequently accessed keys, like tab and
tilde, while banishing the damned capslock to a far away place.

It stays quite clean, actually. At most, dust collects between keys,
which you can sweep away with a Q-tip. The only grimy areas are the
surfaces where your palms rest. There aren't any keys there, so it's
quite easy to clean. Also, the plastic casing is quite solid but
surprisingly light when you pick up the keyboard.
