[SlugLUG] installfest date changed

Installfest will now take place on April 21st (Saturday) from noon-ish
to late afternoon-evening.

I'll go ahead and shoot out an email to SOE asking for them to make an
announcement in the SOE undergrad weekly mailing.

It is time to start talking about what we can bring (in terms of
physical equipment as well as knowledge).

The top necessity will be many linux install cds as well as some
hubs/switches + ethernet cables.
