[SlugLUG] SlugLUG Plans

On short notice we can probably use jack's lounge on campus.  It can
fit ~20 people and maybe more if we use more than one side or something.

We might be able to get a classroom once school starts but before will
be tricky.

And we're more than happy to have non-students...most of our active
member-base are non-students.
