[SlugLUG] Mailing list signup: broken

After poking around ucsc's site a bit I found sluglug's site, and wanted
to sign up for the list. Unfortunately, all the urls in the forms and
such are broken; I guess someone moved everthing from cgi-bin to /.
Anyway, I built my own form to sign up but you guys might be losing
membership from people who don't know how to do that or don't want to
take the time! Just thought I'd say hi and let you know.
