Oh, and another compelling choice is the gmail calendar. It's
continent, does most everything I want, and has the cool ability to
share your calendar with other users (so you can publish your
availability schedule on the web), but I'm not a big fan of web based
stuff. (Not sure if it has a "pop-up" reminder either, you might want
to look into the gmail notifier to see if that does it).
