[SlugLUG] Installfest despair

The problem seems to be in the organization of the event. There always
seem to be a lot of people who would be willing to come, it's just a
matter of setting times, getting net access, and advertising. As a
group largely populated by anti-social geeks, I wonder if we should
consider outsourcing these tasks. :D
Is there an alternative approach to the organizational steps that
might be more productive?
