[SlugLUG] new sluglug site goes live and more on installfests

Ah, ubuntuguide is a good idea.  It's one of the bibles any ubuntu user
should have.  

I just don't want users to think of any part of linux like
'voodoo-magic' they should have some understanding of what is going
on.  

I like the basic shell tutorial...though it might put some newbies over
their heads.

and of course...how could I forgot man pages! =)
