[SlugLUG] new sluglug site goes live and more on installfests

Maybe we should go with a short intro meeting for the initial points we
mentioned.  Following that would be the actual installfest where people
who already have linux and just have questions can ask?

Or merge both into one really long meeting with intro for those who
need it while everyone else is installfest'ing?
