[SlugLUG] new sluglug site goes live and more on installfests

Merrill lounge does indeed have ethernet jacks as well as cruznet
access.  I am uncertain about whether the ethernet jacks are through
resnet (thus requiring auth) or if they are simply straight-internet.
Even if it is resnet we can use a wifi router to have one person auth
and then the router will hold the auth and all further computers
connected will not require auth.
