[SlugLUG] new sluglug site goes live and more on installfests

Another issue is parking - we discussed this extensively last year
when we *almost* had an installfest at Baskin. That's probably a bit
easier on weekends, though the parking restrictions have increased
since 2 years ago, alas!
I suspect the majority of people will be installing on laptops, but
there will probably be some desktop systems brought in.
