[SlugLUG] debian mirror

hello everyone,

I'm Chao, new student here majored in EE, I'm from tsinghua university,
China. Nice to meet you all.

I love linux, now i mainly live on debian. But i have a problem here. I
don't know what to write in my /etc/apt/source.list,
I tried to include this:

## ustc
#deb http://debian.ustc.edu.cn/debian/ unstable main
#deb-src http://debian.ustc.edu.cn/debian/ unstable main contrib non-free
#deb ftp://debian.ustc.edu.cn/debian-uo/ sid ustc

## ucsc
deb http://sluglug.ucsc.edu/debian/dists/Debian4.0r1/debian testing main
non-free contrib

without luck though.  Please help me.
